3 hour decant(little cloudy sediment). A splendid dark magenta color. On the nose: Intense areomatic notes of dark cherry, ripe strawberry, vanilla, floral, sandalwood, nutmeg. Taste: smooth, velvety, mouthcoating wine with brambly dark cherry/blackberry, iron, smoke, spice, charcoal, and a brambly mocha lingering long finish. YUM! — 3 months ago

Lovely Barbaresco, a bit light in color but nice in taste.
Not too heavy but brings a nice flavor of full body.
Not so tart and harsh as the one 2 days agon from Verduno.
The owners of the Vineyard Ca del Baio are 3 sisters, one went to school with Alessandro from Casa Ressia.
Excellent price for this wine.

This was cherries in a bottle. Tart, bright red and black cherries. Slight earthy component. Was slightly overpowered by some of the cheeses on the board but was a good pairing. Put a slight chill on it to 65 degrees. — 16 days ago
Dark ruby/purple color. Intense aromas of ripe black fruit, graphite and violets. Flavors of blackberry, black plum, coffee and dark chocolate. Long and plush finish with beautifully integrated tannins and well balanced acidity. Rich and creamy mouth coating texture. Fantastic structure both powerful and elegant at the same time. Incredible!Thank you so much for sharing, Petey P! — 4 months ago

Great fruit slight acidity and a nice finish. Chatham wine store. 2023 vintage. $26 — 2 months ago
Popped and poured; enjoyed over the course of an hour alongside the 2009 vintage. The 2005 “Giulio Ferrari” pours a straw color with a persistent mousse. On the nose, the wine is vinous with lovely notes of graham cracker, bruised apple, and spiced peach. On the palate, the wine is dry with medium+ acid. Confirming the notes from the nose. The finish is long and richer than the 2009. Drink now. — 3 months ago
I’m very impressed with this!! For £5.49, from Lidl, it’s smooth, lightly floral, hint of bitter citrus, light lick of minerality, it’s super easy drinking, but not inelegant. — 4 months ago
Mid crimson in colour. Dusty notes of dried cherries, balsamic notes. Well made with good balance from a very reputable producer. Medium plus bodied - fuller than the average Rosso. Ripe fruit from the excellent 2019 vintage finishing with fine powdery tannins. Overall excellent. I will enjoy the Brunello from Salvioni in many years to come. Expensive for a Rosso at $170AUD. — 5 months ago
