Medium lemon yellow . Slightly smoky , citrus tinged nose with some touches of yellow fruits, orange rind , peachy floral hints , honeysuckle. On the palate this is quite rounded with citrus tinged peachy fruit , good intensity , touch of toasty oak on the finish , just a hint of chalk dust . Good balance with fresh acidity. Quite good length , showing well now and I would imagine over the next 5 years . This is much fresher and youthful than the last slightly premox bottle we had late last year.
