This paired so well with food. Rose colored. Complexity beyond any rose I’ve tasted. Cranberries. Alongside a great meal at Marigoula in the mountainous town of Polygyros in Halkidiki. — a month ago
Nice accompaniment to Greek comfort food. — 8 months ago
About as good as retsina gets — a year ago
Vin blanc sec (1.4g sucre), acidité présente mais très bien équilibré, il n’y a pas citrus intense, au contraire il y a un certain velouté en bouche. Fleurs blanche, pêche. Excellent avec volaille, poissons, fruits de mer. SAQ Cellier $19 — 3 years ago

Dry, a bit licory, with a yellow color. Very much appreciated because of the taste and the dryness. — 7 years ago

In the spirit of Italian Rose-ie, a savory light red. Demands food, in a non fussy or authoritarian way ( can I say Greek?!). Saltwater red taffy, orange zest, & light pomelo notes. — 10 months ago
Drinking with mom and dad at Sarma. The color is very pale but with more of a hint of green. The nose is very light. The taste is flinty, it has pear notes and a little lemony but isn't super sweet or very sour. Would drink again, was $14 a glass. — 4 years ago
Reductive but blows off quick. Underripe mango, pineapple, apple. Citrusy acidity. — 5 years ago

A blend of Xinomavro, Krassato and Stavroto grown on the slopes of Mount Olympus. Nectar of the gods?
Fresh, aromatic, enticing nose full of red fruit, dried herbs, flowers, with some baked clay notes and a peppery note towards the finish. Reminds me a bit of COS Cerasuolo from Sicily, but more aromatic.
On the palate this is surprisingly light - yet with loads of character! Nicely polished tannins, juicy acidity, great tension. The fruit slowly mellowing, but there’s depth here, a mineral core and a flow that is just amazing.
At ~20€ this is just unbelievable & unbeatable value. Delicious!! — 19 hours ago
