Dark ruby purple. Black currant cobbler on the inviting nose. Echoed on the medium full palate which adds red plum and light hints of French vanilla oak. Really good structure. Firm but approachable tannins and medium acidity. Moderate finish. A wonderfully old school Cabernet from a premium producer at a great price ($20!) cents ne enough "stuff" to lay down for a short while. Drink now through 2030 with a roast or NY strip. — 2 years ago
Opened to selebrate the Global Champagne Day. 100% Chardonnay from Vertus, Epernay, Pierry, Dizy, Mardeuil thus the name Quintette. Made from with vines ranging 36 to 71 years. 2016 vintage with 20% vin de Solera. Discorged Feb/2020 with 2g/l dosage. This is BdB with quite some substance, richness and energy. Both the nose and palate greets with toasty/brioche notes complemeted by mineral and flowery cents. Initially bit tightly wound but when you let it open it turns to beautiful and highly enjoyable BdB Champagne — 5 years ago

Robe noire
Incredible Pinot! — 8 months ago
Recommended by my friend David at the Ferry Rd shop.
Never heard of this or the Decades either.
Great example of why they have started to talk so highly about Tasmanian Pinot Noir.
Wild fermented, partly whole bunch and minimal sulphites added.
Definitely not as powerful as a pinot from Central Otago, but more subtle. Very focused too.
A bit more like a Volnay let me dare
Not cheap, but worth every cents
$67 on the shelf.
I would love to show these wines in Italy to my friends that honestly have no chance to know it.

I’m quarantined, many grapes deep, and I’m reminded of my precious Tuscany. 😍 I can taste the smell of the fresh air and beautiful blend of an earthy peppery grass. Then it turns into a papaya without an ounce of bitterness. Maybe I like the people at this vineyard so I’m partial but I doubt it. 💁🏻♀️ 2013 is a nice year and there’s my two cents. — 6 years ago
Very nice Langhe Nebbiolo. Dark cherry red. Slightly shy nose with strawberry and red berry cents. Initially light on it's feet but having sneaky punch that builds up towards the end. Good sweetness on typical nebbiolo fruit. Very fine but persistent tannins that suport the frame nicely. Acidity that keeps the wine very fresh. Balanced and very food friendly wine that should improve atleast further 3-4 years in the bottle #nebbiolo #langhe #pecchenino — 8 years ago

Ross’s first Sonoma Coast bottling of blended sites and clones. A delicious wine from a stellar producer, but too much buck for the bang. Just my two cents, or rather your $75.

Very nice bubbly found at our local grocery wine dept..$29.99! Throw in the $10 employer gift card for working the pandemic and 25 cents fuel savers..it all makes this bottle a memorable celebration indeed! 🤣
I am enjoying this bubbly..1st time! Nice red delicious apples, pear, peach and brioche! Great length and nice acidity to counter the fruit! I would get this again! — 6 years ago
Elegant, fresh, picked straight off a lemon tree and squeezed and put in a pitcher and sold on a street corner in suburban heaven for .25 cents a mason jar full. This puckerupper is sassy AND punk... not yr average sylvaner. — 8 years ago
Love it, 4.99 at 99 cents store, can't beat that! — 8 years ago
