Ottimo! 🎉😁 — 8 months ago
This is as great Tuscany can get - 100% Cabernet Franc, with beautiful fruit, very dark appearance, dark cherry, herb and chocolate flavours. Duemani refers to the two hands of Luca d’Attoma, oenologist also known from Tua Rita and Le Macchiole, two other great Tuscany estates. Prices have almost doubled since 2005, but this wine is worth it! — 4 years ago
Chocolate and spicy notes with fruits and toast notes. Maybe it's too young. Needs a decantation - an hour at least. — 6 years ago
Bought online. Drank at the cabin November 2019. Very tart, similar to a sour beer. I like it but I’m waiting to see how it opens up. — 7 years ago
Perfect ripeness with no excess sweetness: it’s completely dry, full-bodied, and layered with blackberry, plum, cocoa, and a touch of tobacco. The tannins are silky but firm, so it stands up beautifully to rich dishes and holiday flavors. — 7 months ago
Worth waiting for. Nice Malbec. — a year ago

Strong fizz not too sweet — 6 years ago
Something different. Bit hot and very foursquare, but not trying to be anything else. Ideal for a ragout. — 7 years ago
Hell yeah. Dried red fruits, tar, and orange peel, with a feral streak. Good grip. — 6 months ago

Malbec & Cabernet Sauvignon. Really nice. — a year ago
Popped and poured; enjoyed over the course two hours. The 2019 “Uvaggio”pours, a bright garnet color with a transparent core, moving to a rose colored rim. Medium+ viscosity with no staining of the tears. On the nose, the wine is developing with notes of Morello cherry, strawberry, raspberry, pink roses, talcum powder, a smell that reminds me of the produce section in a grocery store of a developing country (yeah, it’s specific but, fight me), dried green herbs, and stony earth. On the palate, the wine is bone dry with high tannin and medium+ acid. Confirming the notes from the nose, the finish is long, juicy and a touch spicy with a bit of black pepper that I find quite intriguing. A delicious pairing with lamb/beef kofta. All in all, another brilliant vintage of “Uvaggio” and further proof that the work of Luca DeMarchi at Proprieta Sperino is worthy of serious attention. Drink now through 2034. — 2 years ago
This was my second bottle (spaced 1 yr apart) and while it drinks like a SauvBlanc, this bottle seemed to have lost about 25% of its acid. Nevertheless, this paired wonderfully with our winter caprice baguettes ( think bruschetta ). That touch of lime is very pleasant and the minerality refreshing! Smart and tart. Perfect for a lazy afternoon. Mineraly, but might actually be light enough to be mixable as a spritz or a punch. — 6 years ago

Popped and poured a small glass for myself to check on how it was showing. I thought it was super grumpy and backward, so I splash decanted; made a world of difference. The 2021 Riserva pours a ruby color with a transparent core; medium viscosity with light staining of the tears. On the nose, the wine is developing with notes of ripe, red fruits: raspberries, rose water, pastilles and earth. On the palate, the wine is dry with medium+ tannin and medium+ acid. Confirming the notes from the nose. The finish is medium+. Charming stuff after air. Drink now through 2036…if you can keep your hands off it. — 5 months ago
