Zesty with flavours of cut grass, grapefruit rind and citrus blossom.
Bright acidity with stoney and slight earthiness on the finish.
Grown in sand, clay and limestone soils in the communes of Orbetello and Magliano in Maremma, Tuscany.
Fermented and aged in stainless steel.

Barbera done right, despite the 14.5% abv (yikes)- farmers wine that has more elegance than most. Jet blue black color, wild blackberries, black cherry compote, with a firm but biting palate—air, as always, yolks the substantial palate together. — 6 days ago
