I tried Enfield‘s Pinot some time ago. A new vineyard for him. This turns out to be a big step up! Just 13.2%. Fruit driven but delicious and so juicy. Cherry 🍒, strawberry, elderberry, hint raspberry - really a fruit bouquet! At the same time nicely balanced with low % and plenty of acid. As this will loose baby fat over time / i expect this to be terrific. As mentioned previously a really good California producer! Who often makes just a couple of barrels from unique vineyards and terroirs. — a year ago
