On the palate it’s medium-bodied and elegant, with lively acidity and firm, chalky tannins that frame flavors of tart red berries, licorice, and a touch of earth and spice. Light peach and melon but also a bit of oak. Dry and clean finish. July 2025 — 6 months ago
