Based in Wenatchee WA, not Idaho. My first try of any of their products. This one has blackberries and sage added to the apple cider, 6.5% alc/vol. Dusty rose in color, very good clarity, light carbonation. Tart, mostly raspberry flavor. Lingering sage finish. Hard to discern apple varietal. Dry, interesting aroma and tang on initial taste but challenging to describe. Perhaps the sage is more expressive and complex than I appreciated.
