Santo Stefano Di Neive Riserva Speciale Barbaresco Nebbiolo 2007

Stellar barbaresco, I think the best I’ve ever tried - sort of a funky/barnyard nose but the tannins are much softened - probably the age — 5 months ago

Santorini Assyrtiko

Bright and citrusy. Nice minerality without taking away the more subtle notes. It's one of my new favorites. — 4 months ago

Nykteri Assyrtiko Athiri 2020

Vintage 2020 | Nykteri is the word for ‘staying up whole night’ in the local language. Santorini vintners harvest in the morning and press the grapes during night. Made of Assyrtiko, Athiri and Aidani grapes. Absolute very mineral. Very compelling wine that matured in barrels for three months. We drank it with shrimps dim sum and it made us happy. — 3 months ago

NV. By the glass selection to have with our first round of tapas including grilled eggplant, red peppers, and onion with a sherry vinegar dressing. Great nose and mouthfeel. Loved it. — 5 months ago
