Magnificent.
Nose: earth. Smoky. Lilacs.
Palate: smoky. Deep dense cherry. But still fresh. Some spice but it’s integrated. So long. Utterly delicious. Silky. Savory notes. Almost meaty. Aged beef. Silky cocoa. Wild blackberry. Currant.

This does what it is trying to do as well as any burgundy I’ve ever had. It’s maybe the best.
This is a Bourgogne blanc.
Nose: lime zest. Mineral. Elegant. Yellow fruit.
Palate: some richness. Mineral. Great acidity. Delicious. Amazing with food.

Nice! Reductive, but blew off and has great acid and red fruit. — 7 months ago
Definitely one of my favorite alt whites. Needs an hour to open.
N: dried apricot but elegant. Mineral. Lemon zest.
P: mineral. Lemon zest. So balanced. Elegantly delicious. Echoes of Campari. Dried apricot as it opens. Long. Clingy.
God. I love this wine. At this price maybe my best value white on earth.

Nose: midseason cherries. Spice. Maybe cloves.
With air some savoriness, lilacs. More Burgundian.
Palate : sweet midseason cherries. Hint of licorice. Bracing acidity.
In an odd place now. Not showing it’s usual exuberance. Let’s see where it goes.
