Another stellar rendition of this cuvée. Nose has a green herbal/weedy note, but leavened by some flinty minerality and some deep gooseberry fruit. Crisp, minerally, and intense in the mouth. Very dry and stony. Surprisingly long finish. Nice acids to boot. Classic Pouilly-Fume. — 3 months ago

@Tom Casagrande, my brother was the NorCal importer for them for many years (so I have Pouilly-Fume and Sancerre in multiple vintages), but he closed down his importing business.

Pale lemon color, with aromas of citrus, stone fruits and herbs. On the palate flavors of pineapple, peach and citrus with floral notes and slight spice. Medium+ finish, vivid acidity ending with lemon citrus, herb and stony mineral spice. — 4 months ago
