Style of wine i very seldom drink, matured sauternes. Opened the bottle 14hrs before drinking, first lot of sulphur and medicinebox with the typical notes of botrytis, exotic fruits and saffron. At Night while drinking lot more seamless and balanced. Beautifully matured and felt younger and livelier, still a little low in acidity to really be in balance. 🇫🇷 — 6 years ago
