Bold fruity taste, not much bite from the carbonation. Label reads 'crisp, fruity'. Berry forward flavor, would go better with red wine leaning foods rather than white. Has the dryness of a white but the fruitiness of a red, pair with fruits, tomatoes, and other red foods. — 7 years ago
A mild cab sav, somewhat fruity. — 9 years ago

Amber ale with hop and malt — 10 years ago
Bright and clean nose with notes of green apple, chalk and stone. Complex and dry on the palate but with a lingering not note of fruitiness. Flavors of pear, peach and slate and laced with a lingering chalkiness that continues through the finish. — 11 years ago
One of the better cabs I’ve had in a while. Dark berries and cherries up front through soft to medium tannins. Enjoyed a bit of vanilla on the finish. Glad I got a 2nd bottle! — 3 years ago
Tart and dry. — 6 years ago
Subtle spice/pepper on the nose. Berry fruit with some resinous woody flavor followed by a nice bit of clovey finish that moderates the fruit. Smooth finish. A pleasant drinking wine for the price. — 8 years ago
Great ice wine. Intriguing. Carried on forever. Sweet yet contained. Loved it with honey soaked snickers ice cream bars. — 10 years ago

2012 Sawtooth Syrah, Snake River Valley, #Idahowine @sawtoothwinery this is a big, smoky Syrah and a bit more meaty than previous vintages. Aromas of smoke, blueberry and dark plum laced with espresso and toasted almond. Firm tannins and a vvety texture. Probably could benefit from 6 more months bottle age. #wine #sommelier #syrah #idaho #sawtooth — 12 years ago

Cherry, herbs, dry chocolatey tannin. This was great with a steak camping in the Sawtooth mountains. 90! — a year ago
