Decanted +6H. Paired alongside a slow cooked Bolognese sauce over Pappardelle. Merry Christmas 2022 to everyone. 🎄
Deep ruby, fading at edges. Nose has elegant blackberry mash, chocolate mint; Palate has ripe cherry, dried tart cherry, medium drying tannins. Drink future bottles 2027+. — 2 years ago
High-toned, giggle-inducing notes of aromatic bubblegum upon first opening which resolved into lovely tart cherry fruit, herbs, and a good mineral backbone. Stellar for its price. — 4 months ago
With “bruschette” and Good friend is a very great wine! — 3 years ago
This is a really good wine but definitely not a crowd pleaser. It starts off with melon and then turns to something like a dry, not-sweet mead. Cool and interesting. — 5 years ago
This wine has a pale yellow color. The most noticeable thing about it is the incredibly fragrant nose, full of apricots, peaches and pears. The palate offers those sweet fruits as well, with the addition of a bit of earthiness wrapped around them. The acidity is brisk and the finish is sweet. Pair it with cheese, or just sip it, because it is a very nice sip. — 5 months ago

Wow. Delicious. Would definitely buy again. Thanks to the folks at Crush. Deep red cherries. I enjoyed this wine with a pasta with pesto, ravioli and sausage and a grass feed filet very versatile. But this! — 3 months ago
