I enjoyed this as much as the Coche-Dury. Excellent wine with minerality, some butteriness, plenty of oak — at Casa de Cha da Boa Nova — 10 days ago
4/26 another really nice rum. Not as smooth as the El Dorado 12 year. Or the Ron Zacapa but really tasty. 90. — 4 months ago
Really nice. Tasted mature, like an old world? Smooth, buttery, leathery. From Ben. — 6 months ago

Among the nicest new world Syrahs I've found. Noticable tanins, smokey bite that gets stronger after a few days. — 4 years ago
Green apple, tangerine, and kiwi. Light semi sweet with balanced acidity. — 4 years ago
Green apple, tangerine, and lemon zest with good acidity and hints of mineral. My husband loved it! — 7 years ago

Another great vintage. Crisp fruity. — a month ago
Even at 13 years this is yet as powerful and robust as in its first years.
Loads of blackfruit and chocolate in the nose and some hints of tar.
In the mouth silky, long and a nice acidity to balance. It benefits btw from decanting as it is way better on day 2. — 4 months ago
Served this slightly chilled (12’C?).
Gorgeously fresh and pure dark fruit. Succulent, juicy, still primary….
Tannines and alcohol beautifully blended into the dense and viscous core. Only a slight hint of spice, chocolate and licorice now. Sweetness and freshness in excellent balance. It even feels more fresh than sweet at the moment. Certainly not too heavy nor intense.
This is so forward and yummy and sexy right now… I just don’t miss the complexity it might be lacking at this stage.
Sure, it has a few decades of life left and it could get more cerebral and complex…
But don’t bother. Drink it now! — 7 months ago

"Odedi"
Dark ruby in color with a reddish rim.
Earthy nose of black fruits with light oak, earth, light vegetables, tobacco leaf, black tea, peppercorn, bell pepper, mediterranean spices and dark chocolates.
Full-bodied and smooth with medium acidity and long legs.
Dry on the palate with blackberries, black currants, plums, cooked cherries, cedar, licorice, earth, herbs, spices, tobacco leaf, dark coffee, light cola, dark chocolates, peppercorn and black tea.
Long finish with fine grained tannins and cherries.
This 5 year old Cabernet Sauvignon based Bordeaux blend from Chile is starting to drink beautifully now. Very complex and nicely balanced.
Needed 2 hours in the decanter to open up properly. Right out of the bottle, the nose was fruity and the palate was earthy. That flipped once it opened up. So interesting.
Will continue to age nicely in the next 10 to 15 years, and has good potential to become a 94+ point wine.
I've had a few vintages of this Chilean superstar, and so far my favorite was the 2015 vintage.
Good by itself as a sipping wine or with food.
A blend of 71% Cabernet Sauvignon, 22% Carmenere, 5% Cabernet Franc and 2% Petit Verdot. Aged for 20 months in new French oak barrels.
15% alcohol by volume.
92 points.
