Just an insane nose. So expansive, airy, salty, some fruit but more chalk and mineral, such a fine mousse, so elegant, juicy and clean, wonderful acidity, unreal purity, what a nose, the mousse is so clean and my god it’s so pure and has such movement. Sappy and dense but it floats like a cloud and finishes so dry but lingers. This is Brut Nature. Disgorged April 16, 2024. Nose keeps opening, lemon, pastry, so finesse. So fine. — 3 days ago
Grand Cru A. Ridiculous. My God, the concentration. So red-fruited, elegant and complex, with hauntingly complete aromas, gorgeous lift and depth, insane inner-mouth aromatics and outrageous fruit purity. The depth and texture are beyond the scale. Beyond. — 3 days ago
Nose is more razors, salty, peach, racier, pure, icing like texture, juicy, exotic fruits, pure, elegant. Juicy. So clean. So elegant needs more air to open. — 3 days ago
Grand Cru B. Ridiculous wine. Sweet, structured, pure and elegant, with insane mid-palate texture, richness, length and juiciness. Huge concentration, a shock of red fruit that cascades across the palate, and a mineral, super-bright finish. Icing-on-cake texture. Wow. — 3 days ago

@Delectable Wine this is the 198. Thanks!
Beginning to reveal mature complexity with porcini mushroom, golden pastry and deep autolytic character. Rich, expansive and beautifully layered, yet still astonishingly fresh underneath the maturity. A magnificent mature Champagne that feels nowhere near the end of its life. — 2 hours ago
