Just an insane nose. So expansive, airy, salty, some fruit but more chalk and mineral, such a fine mousse, so elegant, juicy and clean, wonderful acidity, unreal purity, what a nose, the mousse is so clean and my god it’s so pure and has such movement. Sappy and dense but it floats like a cloud and finishes so dry but lingers. This is Brut Nature. Disgorged April 16, 2024. Nose keeps opening, lemon, pastry, so finesse. So fine. — 3 days ago
