Enderle & Moll
Baden Spätburgunder Rosé
Baden, Germany
Liaison's Rose' cousin shares the Enderle DNA. A less saturated version with the same crunchy, wild, green, phenolic, tannic foundation.
Murky cranberry, green strawberry, Luden cherry and smokin sweet palo santo.

Learned helplessness. Man 12%. And 20$ or so. I just can’t help it - this is the best Rosé ever. Unfiltered. This was really shaken not stirred when I traveled about town before it was popped. Tart, rhubarb gal-lore!!! Lemon. Typically I hate Rosé’s which often taste like nothing / this ain’t it.

2021. Courtesy of @Pinotman /// Andreas. Disturbed, lake bottom brown color. Slightly muddy and tart nose. Medium body. Not my cup of tea but there is an immaculate, front palate flavor moment of perfectly aged red Burg/Pinot Noir of, say, 15-18 years. Everything else is held in check during that time. That safe harbor in the storm is my take away. 4.1.26.

Fruity, austere, and wild. One of the few Rose's you could spot in a lineup - distinct E&M natty twang in a lucid cherry crimson glow, a little bit candied, sour, and herbaceous.
Wild sour cherry, strawberries and cream, and dark green rosemary.

Quite tart strawberry driven. So fresh. Folks at the impromptu ‘case-tasting’ when Lyles wine arrived liked this one the best. More when this is settled after it’s travails.
