This was all part of our Sake Day 2025 experience. We only tasted 60ish sakes out of an estimated 450, so a small fraction of what was available. While I attempted to rinse the glass with water and stay hydrated it’s difficult to fairly rate in this environment and I use it solely as a time to try a wide variety and interact with the brands. Mazzoni's 2015 Ghemme Ai Livelli is gorgeous. Floral and savory notes infuse the bouquet with notable presence. Light on its feet, yet wonderfully layered, the 2015 is super expressive right out of the gate. There's quite a bit of complexity, while the tannins are nicely mellowed by time. That makes for an incredibly appealing wine to drink now and over the next handful of years. (Antonio Galloni, Vinous, March 2022)

Deep, damson mid season cherry, licorice, anise, rustic nose, juicy, complex, huge furry tannins. Well made, decent length, balanced and pretty, elegant. Needs air.

Woods, woods, & autumnal woods.
Light brown/reds abound. Cherries and leather and dead leaves, trees. Definitely a wine that hasn’t been futzed with. Gulpable as L.F. is known do say.
Hits those casual Nebbiolo notes across the spectrum, perfect w left over Sunday gray and ravioli.

Nez assez réservé puis fraise écrasée épicé j’en ai pas eu l’orange sanguine ou de la rose comme certains grand pinot noir mais superbe nez

Actually have developed a wine app for iPhone using the no code Replit app
In cellar tracker I download an excel file of my wines which is uploaded to the wine app and then move sliders and dropdowns in app to select red or white plus varietal plus price range and score range as well as food categories and it will suggest about 5 wines that meet the criteria and then I use an API to ChatGPT to invoke an AI sommelier to suggest best food - wine match serving temperature and other suggestions
