2nd day much nicer. I switched to a better “ real” glass as well. Most of the initial, fruit driven nose and palate has morphed into something darker, more graphite and pepper with that inimitable Viognier lift on the finish. The texture is very, very nice. amazing pinot noir with some bubbles, strawberry and cherry flavors. it’s light, bright and slightly fizzy. i had alone and with charcuterie. great either way. i purchased at foderol, a wine bar and store. — 4 years ago
