E’ il uno di nostro favarito da italia. Crisp e acido abbastanza, mezzo corpo. Ha unpo il gusto amaro di finire. L’abbiamo bevuto con sashimi del tonno e fluke. Molto buono. Da sconto in astor wines. — 5 years ago

Stunning grechetto for a spring day! Bone dry with a wonderful floral and fruity aroma and juice fruit tray on the palette. Medium body that cleans so well with balanced acidity! — 7 years ago
Good Barolo but nothing special. Reasonably priced and a good value at $35. Tastes like Barolo should taste. — 4 months ago

This blend of Nero d’Avola, Frappato (locally called Nerocapitano), and Grenache is a Sicilian beauty! 💕 🇮🇹
It was lovingly nurtured and cultivated by hand and in a manner paying respect to the land from which it came, with minimal intervention, by husband and wife team Filippo and Nancy Rizzo. 🍇 🍷👌
Lamoresca, Rosso, Sicily, Vintage 2019, ABV 13.5%. @lamorescavini
👁 It’s a medium purple hue.
👃 On the nose it has a medium(+) intensity of youthful, bright, and yet savory aromas that include ripe raspberry, plum, black cherry, rhubarb, violet, clove, nutmeg, peppercorn, licorice, leather, tobacco, wet earth, and game.
👄 On the palate this wine is dry. It has medium acidity, a medium(+) body, medium alcohol, medium tannins, and medium intensity of flavors consistent with the nose. The finish lingers. 👏👏👏

Juicy, fruity red. Deep and complex aerate — 3 years ago
This saw some time in oak and was much more complex than the Dolcetto. This was also finished with natural cork as opposed to aggomerated/Diam. When I asked about it the winery representative said they mix and use both in the hopper at bottling which kind blew my mind... — 4 years ago

2020 vintage. Medium-heavy body. Blessed mix of spice, tannins and fruit right now. Made me forget that 2019 Brunello was supposedly a thing. 3.20.26. — 3 months ago
