Day 24 of the 2022 Whisky Advent Calendar. Very smoky at first but with a caramel depth coming through. Intensely peaty with a cocoa and mint layer under it and lots of spices. Toasty nutty finish. — 3 years ago
2020 vintage.
Wow….let’s talk about acidity.
Crisp, vibrant and mouth watering.
Fresh squeezed lemon, herbs and camomile tea on the nose.
Flavours of lemon verbena, white grapefruit and fresh cut grass. Smooth and clean finish.
I made Basa fillets with a Putanesca sauce.
This is a great seafood wine. — 4 years ago
Learned helplessness. Man 12%. And 20$ or so. I just can’t help it - this is the best Rosé ever. Unfiltered. This was really shaken not stirred when I traveled about town before it was popped. Tart, rhubarb gal-lore!!! Lemon. Typically I hate Rosé’s which often taste like nothing / this ain’t it. — 2 months ago

Paul T, Missing My Beautiful Wife 24/7
One of the best $125.00 Cabernets. I should of kept buying my allocations
My curiosity got this best of me on this. Nice nose right off the jump and only needed about 30 minutes of air to open up. Red fruit dominant and a bit thin on the finish at this stage. A nice bottle, but a couple notches below the Lore and Lamb, and I prefer the Panek as well. — 5 years ago
