This is a very young white blend from Châteauneuf-du-Pape. Nicely balanced with nice complexity. Elegant and fruity.
Needs a couple of years in the bottle to mature, and will continue to age nicely in the next 7 years.
Easy drinking and good by itself or with food.

This is a delicious white Rhône blend from Paso Robles. Elegant and rich. Fruit-forward and well-balanced.
Good right out of the bottle and gets more complex as it opens up (20 minutes) in the glass.
Drinking beautifully already, at only 2 years old, and will continue to age nicely over the next 5 to 7 years.
Complex and crisp. Spicy and interesting.
Good by itself as a sipping wine or with food. I paired it with a charcuterie board of meats and cheeses.

Medium straw yellow . Quite rich on the nose , some toasty notes with some wax and yellow fruits , citrus peel, vanilla . On the palate this is all about the texture , quite round but enough balance , blanched almonds , peach. Waxy notes . Good length . Drink now and over the next few years , in a perfect place . — a month ago
White Rhone. Nose: pear, lemon. Taste: lemon, honey. Very interesting white and I wasn’t aware there were white chateauneuf-du-pape. — 5 months ago
God tier wine! When Jesus turned water into wine, this is what I imagine he made. Desecrated fruit on the nose, taking me to the depths. Cherry notes, high acidity, high tannins, like licking the lacquer off a wooden table but you like it — 7 months ago
Blend of 35% Roussanne, 30% Grenache Blanc, 20% Clairette and 15% Bourboulenc. Medium lemon color with aromas of tropical and citrus fruits with a bouquet of floral scents. On the palate flavors of cantaloupe and apricot with notes of honeysuckle and citrus rind. Lively acidity, medium+ finish ending with fruit, floral and mineral character. — a year ago

What a fantastic “entry-level” wine….
Big, lush, oaky, flinty and tropical. But this has a spectacular balance which is provided by plenty of freshness and minerality.
A screaming value….! — a month ago
