A very interesting nose, almost petrol, almost the nobel rot of a sauterne... but oh that flavor... plump yellow raisins and figs in a luscious body, sweet without being syrupy. Yum! — 7 months ago
84% Tempranillo, 8% Cabernet Sauvignon and 8% Merlot from old vineyards located in Quero (Toledo), with deep, stony and calcareous soils. Alcoholic fermentation with native yeast and malolactic fermentation and aging in French oak barrels for 15 months. Ripe red and black fruit, toasted, spices, mineral, tasty, elegant, long, balanced, fine and persistent.

Impressive how useful it still is. Blind I thought it was a Toro, or a blend with Carignane. Deep color, perfectly integrated oak. Amazing. Good investment — 7 months ago

13%. Not the most concentrated or complex wine but impeccably balanced. Fruity but not overdone. Plenty of earthiness. A little hit of tannin and smokiness on the back end. Slight astringency. Burgundian is played when talking about Bierzo but you really can’t help the comparison. These guys are making wine the right way. Chug city. Raul Perez’ nephew, apparently. — 6 days ago
