Straw gold color with slight green highlights. Aromas of unripe stone fruit, white flowers and a beautiful note of sea spray. Flavors of peach and citrus fruit with distinctive mineral and slate notes. Nice touch of saline on the long and crisp finish. Beautiful mouth coating texture.
