Pinot Noir 2022. Nose: vanilla, ripe cherry. Taste: leather, vanilla. Very good Pinot, enjoyed that it wasn’t full body red. — 2 months ago
Aubert chards are always fabulous. Tasting lime, ginger, pear, and honey. Full-mouth feel with a lingering finish. A real treat. — 2 months ago
Great as Pinots go but only good for this maker. These half bottles continue to perplex. — a month ago
Fruity with cherry notes with slight earthiness depth — 2 months ago
Founded in 1982 by Koerner and Joan Rombauer and sits on a tree covered knoll overlooking the Napa Valley, with caves that extend for over a mile. Pale lemon color with aromas of stone and tropical fruit, sweet oak, spice and floral scents. On the palate flavors of ripe peach, melon and apple, with vanilla spice, creamy texture. Medium+ finish, well balanced with acidity, ending with mineral notes. — a month ago
Ruby translucent, floral and herbal notes on top of red fruits, raspberries and currants, minerality is noticeable, solid carneros PN — 2 months ago
This is a “wifey” rating…
Caramel and butterscotch notes on the nose and palate. Roasted pineapples and limes present on the mid palate, with a note of preserved citrus fruits. Evolving to a better place as it warms up in the glass. Getting better with bottle age. — 3 months ago
