Fines bulles frisantes pas un léger gaz carbonique, jaune paille, reflets verts. Une salade de fruits au nez, litchi, pêche, fruits exotiques. Une bouche piquante par le résiduel de gaz carbonique. Vibrant deep pink. Juicy strawberry and red cherry on the nose and the medium bodied palate. Firm, mouth-watering acidity and… oh let’s cut the pretense! This is freaking great. Full of fruit, like an Anjou, but dry and refreshing. I honestly can’t think of a better all-around rosé. You like ‘em fruity? This is your wine! You like ‘em crisp? This is your wine! Vintage 2009 / Sunday lunch in the garden. I love September with these sunny days. Opened the bottle yesterday, floral tones in smell. A bit buxus. And a peculiar - not typical for sauvignon - honey impression. Today the wine opened up: beautiful jasmin smell, buttery. Vibrant acidity and surprisingly powerful. The floral smell remains. And a fine bitter in aftertaste. This bottle is among the finest Loire has to offer. / Paired with warm Liege Salad (salade Liégeoise, pommes de terre, haricots verts, bacon, vinaigrette). — 7 years ago

Vintage 2024 | in the winelist described as a blend from sauvignon blanc, chenin blanc and viognier. Jolly good with expressieve peach and mango bouquet and supple taste. My appreciation was influenced by sitting on a sunny terrace with a salade niçoise. At Augustus in The Hague. — 10 months ago
Not a Cabernet-Syrah blend (where does Delectable get this stuff?). A classic Rhône varietal Provençal blend led by Carignan. Deep, star bright salmon pink. Abundant nose of Montmorency cherry, and strawberry. Juicy, medium light palate echoes the nose adding a hint of anise and earth. Lingering finish for a rosé. Remarkably complex rosé from the creator of the prevailing Provence style, Régine Sumiere. Enjoy as a sipper or with a wide range of foods, especially the classic salade Niçoise.
