Intense floral aromas with touches of apple, citrus and unique peach. Concentrated (almost dried) apple flavors with a note of sour quince and wet slate. Creamy texture and lightly Oaked on the very long finish. Well balanced and elegant. — 4 years ago

Medium Ruby with pure red fruit on the youthful nose, adding floral aromas. On the palate, this dry red has flavors of cherry and strawberry with a bit of licorice. Medium+ acidity with fine soft tannins, good balance on medium finish, ending with fruit and mineral notes. — 10 months ago

2021/4. I feel like de Villaine’s Chardonnays have a bit more depth and savor than they did a decade ago - and they were certainly good then. This was lovely, with lots of fresh fruit and acidity but some sneaky stone, butter and hazelnut lurking. — 5 years ago
