This is a great value wine. Good acidity and fruit. Very mellow and drinkable. — 8 years ago
Thanksgiving day three 11/25/17. Blind tasting vs Guigal and Crozes. Lots of barnyard funk and a bit of heat and black fruits and meats and long finish. Thought it Colombier due to funk. Best value at Acker 6. — 9 years ago
Cute label with a nautilus. Pretty color with a hint of rose petals. Smells like hibiscus red zinger tea and cranberry sauce. Flavors are mellow and warm. Fruits in a toasted Danish. Finish is tannic yet likable. — 7 months ago
A brilliant vintage for this wine. A top 5 Crozes. Easy. Spice, game, some funk, blueberry, black berry, black cherry, huge granite and even some wilted flowers. Young but tasty palate of dazzling granite and velvety tannins and engaging energy from the minerality. Terrific power, depth and concentration. Needs 5 years. So long and such beautifully defined fruit on the incredibly long finish. Really rich and dark. Awesome. Wait 5 years. As this opens the balance becomes superb. Almost a 9.4. I’ll be back. — 6 years ago

Fruity flavors of raspberry and cherry. Medium acidity and earthy flavors with a little spice at the end. Went really well with pork chops. Bought at Riverdale Vintner. $19.99. — 8 years ago

Tout Va bien. Waiter Francois. Favorite white — 7 months ago
It can be difficult for me to identify the flavors in wine, but the pinot noir in this wine expressed beautiful fruit on the nose and palate, but slightly higher acidity which (to me) clashed ever so slightly with the taste. Don't mistake me though, this wine is excellent and is very well done — 5 years ago
Very smooth Chardonnay from Burgundy. Not the oaky style Chardonnay from Cali, this French white is delicate with mineral accents. — 6 years ago
Deep brassy-gold. Nose is very interesting: apricot, wet carbon steel, and a sweet umami-like note that slightly conjures anchovy. Deep and extremely low-toned flavors. Very Marsanne in its broad, low-toned notes and almost pungent, slightly bitter mineral finish. Unusual, but it works. — 7 years ago

2021 vintage. 53% Cabernet Sauvignon and 47% Merlot. A very good effort, especially for the vintage. Attractive nose, red fruit and a hint of truffle. Easy drinking, fresh and ready to go. — 5 months ago
