Another delicious rendition of the “Chateau Lagrange Blanc.” Beautiful fragrance seemingly melds a little herbal, gooseberryish SB with characteristic lanolin and orchard fruit Semillon notes (I have no idea what the blend is here.) Deep, lovely, soft minerality too. Impeccable balance in the mouth. Nice but gentle acids keep the deep, long, dry palate fresh. Such a great value too. — 9 months ago

I bought this knowing very little about it, but the price was right and the risk paid off. This is already giving a lot of pleasure. A mix of dark and candied red fruit and baking spices. Really impressed by this one. — 3 years ago

Ben seven years since last taste. Still great, prominent nose of earthy very ripe red fruits and a silky texture with bit more bite on finish. — 7 months ago
2019 vintage. From 13 hectares in the Haut-médoc appellation. In this vintage, the Cabernet Sauvignon was extremely concentrated, which explains the unusually high percentage of Merlot (67%). A serious wine, that is drinking well, but should further improve over the next few years. — a year ago
1990 vintage. Bottom neck fill. Excellent cork. Decanted with appropriate sed. Slightly darker color than all the 1990 BDX I've tasted in the last year. Initial, slight funk on the nose that dissipated rapidly. Tasted immediately after decant, 1 hour and 2 hours later. Started softly but then brought out that big, Lagrange stick. Cedar, smoke, plum, leather, mercury, distilled dark cherry, summer pond mud. Displayed better balance throughout than expected with good staying power. Based on this excellent sample, will be shopping for more. Could hold in this spot for another half-decade before recalibrating. 12.5.25. — 5 months ago
Pale lemon in color with a light golden hue.
Strong nose of citrus, limes, light oak, spices, earth and herbs.
Medium bodied with medium plus acidity. Crisp and refreshing.
Dry on the palate with lemons, green apples, grapefruits, herbs, earth, spices and light wood.
Nice length on the finish with limes and almonds.
This is a very tasty white wine from Bordeaux. Elegant and spicy. Well balanced and complex. Soft and smooth.
Good right out of the bottle, and good by itself or with food. Will pair nicely with fresh seafood.
A blend of 73% Sauvignon Blanc, 12% Sauvignon Gris and 15% Sémillon. Aged for 7 months in (40% new) French Oak barrels.
13.5% alcohol by volume.
91 points.

This is very nice wine.
Listening to The Strokes and wondering where rock n roll went. It's completely vanished. I mean new rock bands- they don't exist. The charts are dominated with this disgusting pop/rap/country mashup. Somebody please name a solid rock band (that the masses know about) that has formed in the last 5 years. — 19 days ago
