Великолепный коньяк. Лучше всоп не проблвал — 2 years ago
Ruby coloration. On the nose, currants, Dark berries. On the palate, currants, dark berry, cassis. Tannins are still strong after 15 years. — 5 years ago
Lean complex mineral long finish. Would like to let this sit for a while longer before trying the next bottle. The freshness of it is honestly a little overwhelming would love to see it expand in the bottle a little more. Excellent nonetheless. — 6 years ago

Dark ruby. Inviting nose of baked black cherry and hints of leather. Brighter cherry and softer leather on the medium full palate adding red apple peel, light tannins, and medium acidity. Finish is moderate and continues the palate before a quick drop off. Very nice and a value at under $50. Drink now through 2030. — a month ago

Very good white wine. Doesn't have that artificial taste some whites do. — 5 years ago
Most expensive worn in the menu but not as good as the previous one! — 6 years ago
Had this in a Sazerac; smooth, maple syrup on the nose, made the Sazerac smoother than the rye whiskey version. — 7 years ago
Excellent red. Strong but smooth. — 8 years ago
Had with spicy tuna. Not too heavy. More than a Pinot but lighter than a California Cab — 5 years ago
Very young, quite wound up, needed 3 days before being open for business. Great harmony of whole cluster and extraction, rustic and complex. You really cannot go wrong with la famille Chastain! — 6 years ago
Sweet but not too much. Easy to drink on its own. Great value. — 8 years ago

Made with 70% Xarel-lo and 30% Macabeo in the Penedes, this is beautifully expressive, with brioche, butterscotch, and roasted almonds on the nose. Hints of citrus and crushed flowers peek out with time. On the palate the flavors mirror the nose, and a vibrant acidity comes through as well. Mouthfeel is creamy, and finish is long, with brioche and mineral notes lingering on the palate. Aged 95 months on the lees. Paired well with swordfish braised with tomatoes and sweet yellow peppers. — 7 days ago
