Looks brilliant 13 years out. Cracking Pyrenees Shiraz. A flagship. — 12 years ago
Drinking well. Menthol. Med bodied. Soft tannins. Poor mans Dalwhinnie. — 6 years ago
2018 NYE drink. Had higher expectation but ok — 8 years ago
Young Australian Shiraz up against modern hipster Australian Shiraz and some awesome Rhones. This stood out stylistically from the others so much that I think everyone picked it out of the blind flight. Rich classic Shira character without going over the top with ripeness or oak. I really like this region for traditional Shiraz and look forward to trying some of these with age. — 10 years ago
Essence of strawberry and rasberry with notes of sandalwood and spice. Very Giant Steps but with a bit more tannin. Not great p/q. Stick to your amazing shiraz boys! — 4 years ago
Straw, hay, intimations of summer breeze. Like the Dalwhinnie — 10 years ago

Complex, developed aromas of black and red fruit, with some aniseed. Palate still vibrantly youthful, with a tight core of black fruit and refined, restrained tannin structure. Years ahead of it still, ageing surprisingly slowly. One more bottle in the cellar for 5-10 years’ time. — a month ago
