Odd wood note in the beginning I don’t like and don’t understand from stainless steel tanks. After that it’s all good. — 5 years ago
Gentle slap across the head to wake you to pay attention. Stove fruits and acids lingering long into finish. Stood up to meat dishes easily. — 6 months ago
Nose: a bit cidery. Blows off. Herbs. White flowers.
Palate: mineral. Lemon fruit.
Good with food. — a year ago

Oh heck I said I wished I had more than one of 2015. So I got two this time and am slapping myself for not getting more of this. It is MORE than worth it. The color calls. It is salmon that has had one day getting a tan. The nose has some funk and spice. On the tongue...I'll do WSET analysis:
Dry, medium acid, medium alcohol (11.5%), medium body, flavor intensity may just be medium plus, flavors are: raspberries, strawberries, oranges, garrigue, tangerines, allspice, vanilla and perhaps even a hint of almond. The finish is medium in that it doesn't change but it lingers. Get this. I should probably buy at least four come 2017. — 8 years ago

Fresh and lovely Roussette, I have had a bad habit of holding some Savoie whites too long (10+ years), this bottle is in a great place, should age for 3-5 more years, but beautiful right now, lovely acidity and medium-weight, with very nice texture!! — a month ago
