They blended all the Roussanne into this super cuvée as it was a difficult vintage. But man is this wine not difficult. It’s freaking outrageous. Honeycomb, melon, exotic cardamom and clove spices. Just knockout aromas. Palate is top .01% finesse. Just the best. No one makes Roussanne like Gilles. Juicy, nimble and dense with that classic bitter backend. Just so pure. "Bibi", vin de Savoie ( Gamay & Mondeuse) by Gilles Berlioz ( Domaine Partagé). This small 6 hectares estate produces excellent wines, but they don't come cheap.This entry level has so much flavour with only 11,5 % alcohol. A delightful drinking wine. — 3 years ago
