Great dark red fruit. Bright and could use a few years, but great with thanksgiving dinner at marks. See stafford hill for food notes. — 2 months ago
Pingus, named after childhood nickname, deep Ruby with concentrated dark fruit aromas and gently smoky notes. On the palate flavors of cherry and plum, licorice, sweet vanilla spice, well balanced, fine grainy tannins, long finish ending with slight oaky tones. Very Nice! — a month ago
Light golden color. Aromas of yellow fruit, citrus, grass, flint and white flowers. Flavors of pears, yellow apples and gooseberries along with tropical fruit note. Hint of flinty smoke on the long and crisp finish. Bold acidity and a slightly creamy texture. Bright and fresh. Thanks for sharing, Keith S! — 2 months ago
Dark ruby with aromas of black cherry, blueberry, and a medicinal hint. On the bud, it’s nice with cedar and cherry. Tannins are moderate with a medium finish. — 5 days ago
Light golden color. Aromas of green apple, white flowers, citrus and a slight hint of freshly cut grass and leafy herbs. Flavors of lemon, grapefruit, green melon and chalky minerality. Medium-plus finish and bright acidity. Medium bodied, silky texture and quite refreshing. Enjoyed at Keith and Karyn’s New Years Day brunch. — a month ago
Ribera at it’s peak of the drinking window. Seductive dark fruit backed with elegant vanilla, cedar and subtle bacon fat. Love it. Bought directly from Jorge Monzon. Fascinating visit. Still taste the Albillo. 😉 — 2 months ago
