Vintage 2018 | Grand grüner veltliner, minerality, freshness. I find this a difficult grape. But my goodness what a joy if you taste a ‘Grand’ grüner veltliner. A bit, a little bit, sweetness, awesome balance. I have got no GV in the cellar, but must reconsider this.. for sure | paired with red mullet | at Monarh — 5 years ago
