Appearance - clear, medium intensity, lemon colour.
Nose – clean, medium (-) intensity, aromas of lemon peel, lime juice, wet stones, Steely/mineral notes, flint with stone fruit of peach, apricot. Youthful.
Palate – dry, medium +/high acidity, medium alcohol, medium body, medium flavour intensity, flavour characteristics of lemon zest, orange zest, grapefruit, lime juice, wet stones, flint, slate and green apple; finishes long.
Conclusions:
Quality level – outstanding.
