Consistent fascinating vintage sparkling Riesling — 9 years ago
Really nice! Apricot, lemon, slate, beeswax. It’s much harder for me to pick out notes from whites so I consulted Wine Folly. This is fairly dry, with just a twinge of juice. Great with chicken dinner or just to have while writing a paper for grad school 😉. — 5 years ago

Bone dry to dry. Pronounced minerality, slight tropical fruit, malic structuring acidity. Prominent petroleum quality on the finish. Awesome. — 9 years ago
@Delectable Wine this is not the Zero dosage.
Pop and pour yesterday. On the nose: lime, soft peach, soft leesy notes, crushed stone. On the palate: fantastic acidity, a hint of sweetness, loads of peach and crushed stone, some blood orange. Everything is lifted by the soft fizz. Better on day 2. I bet the zero dosage version will need more time, but this is fantastic right now. — 5 years ago
One of the best sparkling wines I’ve ever tasted — 6 years ago
Really tasty thanksgiving morning sparkling! Dry, with strong rubber notes associated with Riesling. Would drink again. — 9 years ago

Nicely balanced, easy drinking, not oversweeet, minerals and fruit on the nose (no detectable petrol, alas), a fine food wine to pair with Asian and spicy dishes. Enjoyed the 2022 vintage with Dreama at Night + Market Sahm in Venice, CA. We will be in Venice, Italy in mere days! — 5 months ago
