Fantastic. Beautiful nose. Would love to try more from this producer. "Creux Brouillard" - The Waves Rare Bottle Room selection — 2 years ago
2016 vintage. Jérémy Chasseuil is working miracles here. Needs a bit of air, but after half an hour in the decanter it really started to shine. Intense perfume of raspberries, blueberries, violets, rosemary and a hint of truffles lurking in the background. Concentrated, with layers of red and black fruit and subtle spices. Velvety tannins and hardly noticeable oak. Very long too. Still very much under the radar, a great chance to buy a high end Pomerol for less than a 100 euro. — 10 months ago
Pretty much, exactly what the label says: it’s classic Pouilly Fuisse through and through. — 2 years ago
Nose of raspberry, hay, and chlorophyll. Color cloudy ocean spray. Notes of lime, lemon verbena, cranberry, and chanterelles. Fairly defined tannins. Drank at 517 10h street with blueberry duck and endive, about 2 weeks before we moved out. — 4 years ago

The 2021 Euphoria Pinot Noir from the Côte de Beaune shows a bright ruby color and an aromatic profile of fresh cherry, raspberry, and red currant with subtle hints of forest floor, spice, and dried herbs. Made in a natural style, the wine feels lively and transparent, with vibrant acidity, silky tannins, and a pure expression of fruit that reflects the region’s limestone-rich soils. The palate is elegant and lightly textured, carrying notes of wild berries, a touch of earth, and gentle spice, finishing clean and mineral with a graceful, understated Burgundy character. 🍷 — 10 days ago
