2022 vintage. This was rocking. Medium body. Off the charts nose. Gorgeous dialogue between the levels of concentration and subtleties. 13.0% ABV and 322 cases made. A fave Syrah/Pinot producer from the Santa Ynez Valley/Santa Barbara area and always look forward to their yearly interpretations of the lands. 4.3.24. — 2 years ago
2018 vintage. Winemaker Matt Brady tames the hedonism of the Santa Rita Hills (only for a spell, don’t fret) and adds a little body, earth and spicefest to this offering. Doesn’t hurt that the juice is from 100% Pommard (muscular/hevvy Pinot) clone. Ruffly, 150 cases made. Find you do, acquire you must. — 4 years ago

Medium lemon yellow. Subtle nose with notes of lemon, Golden Delicious apple, and pear with hints of honeysuckle. Medium body on the palate with minerality and refreshing acidity. Made from a blend of fruit from multiple SRH vineyards including 40% Rita’s Crown, 30% Bent Rock, 16% Clos Pepe, 10% Zotovich, and 4% Kessler-Haak aged 13 months in 15-20% new French oak. 14.2% ABV. — 7 years ago
So good. It gets better every year. Medium tannins, fruit forward. — 8 years ago
Highly underrated Alsace Riesling. — a year ago
Deep purple in color; cedar, dried figs, and black cherries on the nose; medium acidity; medium tannins; tastes like blackberry jam, a hint of chocolate, and wet gravel with a long peppery finish. Nellie says is fine. I like it, but there's a little too much oak. Still a really good wine. — 3 years ago
Deep tawny. Rum & raisin nose. Maybe some fig. Viscous. Sweet. Fig. Jammy. Cinnamon. — 6 years ago
Clear red. Grab this wine, drink and enjoy. Satisfaction — 7 years ago

Beautiful gewurtz that paired nicely with a dinner of spicy, smokey, and citrus sushi and wagyu beef dishes.
Pale golden yellow. Beautiful aromatics of honeysuckle, nectar, apricot and lychee. Features a medium sweet and fruit forward palate with tropical fruits, starfruit, apricot, mango, and peach. Underlying it all is a slate and mineral component, like petrichor. Good acidic structure. — 4 years ago
Aged rosé on #nationalroséday. Ripe cherries and strawberries. Holding up nicely. Like. Light Pinot (well, it is a light Pinot)! — 8 years ago
