We meet again, Señor Palacios... Still makes me say, "Oh fuck!" When I first open it. Took about 6-8 hours in a decanter to start opening up. Drinking it throughout the night, I'd say the sweet spot is 18 hours. Happy that @Jessica Shelvik got to have it for the first time. — 9 years ago
