Beautiful wine
Starts out with brightness and sunshine
Moves into citrus and a touch of lime with zest as it breathes.
Really gorgeous
Paired with shrimp risotto and asparagus. Delightful — 7 days ago
Fantastique! Touch bitter, Quince, rich lemon, green tea, jasmine, orange peal. — a month ago
Medium straw lemon colour . This is quite rich on the nose with lemon pith , touch of smoke , ginger and creamy , honeysuckle notes . On the palate this shows more yellow fruits, peach , apricot and lemon , good acidity and balance. Quite intense and long with chalky touches. Drinking well now but still quite fruit dominated. A really good bottle , completely another experience than the overly advanced bottle last year , this one showing youth and freshness , ripeness and intensity . Lovely now but will continue and probably improve over the next 5-10 years . — 10 days ago
Incredible vintage for Coche. The 2011 Meursault is as good as it gets for white burgundy, with signature Coche fireworks on full display, wafting layered aromatics and a stunningly textured palate with killer density and volume. Unbeatable with the cuisine at CTBF! — a day ago

Pinotman /// Andreas
30 years. Fresh and bright out of the gate. Some cherry, quite acidic. Chalky. So for a good hour I was thinking man - great vintage, site and wine maker but was not really convinced. 12 hours later the wine is still in the same spot now with some oxygen. Basically I expect old burghs to be unique - rare one offs with secondary flavor profiles (what was that?) - this was not it. Classic may be - but not more. I would argue drink this up more years will not make a difference. — 2 days ago
