This is very nice wine.
Listening to The Strokes and wondering where rock n roll went. It's completely vanished. I mean new rock bands- they don't exist. The charts are dominated with this disgusting pop/rap/country mashup. 100% Sémillon from Bergerac, of ‘Cyrano de’ fame. Very fresh Loire-style rendition. Medium-bodied with pecan, bread, apple with nice acid. Grapes are organic - hand-picked and pressed into stainless steel on the lees . Unfined, unfiltered and no added sulfur. 12% abv. I did not see a vintage but I believe this is a 2018. — 5 years ago
