Fantastic single-vineyard albariño! Floral aromatics, clean yet weighty palate balanced perfectly with a saline backbone. Need to find more! — 8 years ago

16.5/20 (90/100) Элегантный аромат с нотами спелых красных лесных ягод, вишни, малины и молочного шоколада. Довольно высокая кислотность и округлые танины. Ягоды и шоколад во вкусе. Отличное вино из бобаля. — 9 years ago
90% Pedral 10% Caino from 300+ year old vines in Rias Biaxas. Thank you for sharing Gerardo! — 10 years ago
2010. A rather serious Spanish (!) pinot noir. Quite nice, low alcohol, but the pyrazines bug me. The rest is very good; floral, black tea on the nose, typical pinot; blind I wouldn't situate it in Spain. Taste is balanced and fresh, tannins like black tea. But those pyrazines... — 12 years ago

Full-bodied Albariño with lobster/scallop/crabcake combo at Galyn’s in Bar Harbor, ME — 3 years ago
Mmmmm this is a porch pounder! Light lemon/lime with nice mineral and salt. I would call it “round” not crisp. Delish.

Very full aroma and flavor. Very good wine. — 11 years ago
One of my favorite wines I tasted at the estate. Competes with Premier Cru Chablis in my eyes with super charged acid and texture. White flowers, Meyer lemon, bay leaf, and grapefruit pith with deep saline minerality and a long finish. Aged a year in neutral French oak on the lees. Pair with grilled octopus. — a year ago
Dried flowers/ herbs in nose - opens to cranberry, raspberry brightness and some fresh florals. Initial fruity berries. Strawberry for sure. Velvety! — 5 years ago
Oxidative, slightly tertiary character. Dried red fruits, figs, prunes, leather, vanilla and caramelized/spicy oak flavors. There is some lovely fruit emanating from this highly aromatic Merlot-dominant blend, despite it being in a style that I don’t necessarily love. — 8 years ago
A pure & wild expression of #albarino - reminiscent of 1er Cru Chablis or a fine Muscadet. Very cool, if a little wine-nerdy. Admittedly I am a fiend for Albariño... — 10 years ago
