From VintEdge Wine and Spirits. Honeydew, cantaloupe, salt, atmosphere. — 2 months ago
Deep Ruby color with aromas of dark fruits, flinty spice, floral and oak notes. On the palate flavors of blackberry, black cherry and plum with notes of espresso, cacao and licorice wrapped in oak. Firm tannins, great old world balance with acidity, full body, long finish ends with fruit, oak, spice, and earthy mineral character. — 8 days ago

2022 vintage purchased and drunk February 2025. Excellent value at $17. The light oak is well integrated. — 2 months ago
This has really come together; earthier than two years ago when I last tasted. I’d probably finish any in the next 3 years or so. — 3 days ago
No whole bunch but nice spice and a salt flavour — 5 days ago
Crafted by Joseph J. Wagner, 4th generation winemaker, with winemaking roots in the Napa Valley since 1906. Deep Ruby with red berry fruit aromas, tea and sweet spice notes. On the palate flavors of jammy blackberry and cherry with pronounced sweet vanilla oak, cacao and pepper spice notes. Soft tannins and bright acidity, well balanced, with mineral tones on a long finish ending with toasty spice! Nice! — 2 months ago

It is always great to revisit a classic. This is one of the best representations of Rivera del Duero as a whole, composed of fruit from select parcels and vineyards from the DO; it always exudes opulence, the body is full, the tannins are grippy and the finish lingers. — 19 days ago
