Moraine

Gran Moraine

Yamhill-Carlton Brut Rosé Blend

Disgorged 12/23
Medium orange pink color with bright aromas of apple, lemon, raspberry as cranberry. Wet stone and subtle yeast and pastry autolytic notes. Very high acidity - it could use some time to let that integrate a bit more. Lovely food wine but a bit sharp for aperitif.

@Joe Carroll they get a fuck load of love from us. Chris, Abe and sadly departed Collin have been our spirit brothers helping push us along the way. We’d not exist if not for Red Hook Winery. Bless up and drink more RHW
