Medium orange pink color with bright aromas of apple, lemon, raspberry as cranberry. Wet stone and subtle yeast and pastry autolytic notes. Very high acidity - it could use some time to let that integrate a bit more. Lovely food wine but a bit sharp for aperitif. — 8 months ago
