Very pretty Oregon Pinot, loads of strawberry on the nose as well as violet & whipped cream, lush on the palate without being an overbearing fruit bomb. Present, somewhat grippy tannins and a touch of acidity, feels like a bigger, bolder Pinot but doesn't buckle under its own weight — 6 hours ago
Very interesting style of Cab Franc. Robust and fill of dark fruited notes though still balanced, perhaps due to age. — a month ago

2021 vintage. PNP'd. Not nearly as explosive and satisfying as that damned 2019 vintage and less body than the corresponding 2020 vintage but a bit more depth and a tad more spice than 2020. A Trader Joe's spesh at $15.99. Think it'll add a little more body and Beatles Come Together notes in the next 6 months-2 years and maybe bump up to a 9.1. At that price, picked up a few bottles to have at the haus through the holidays. 11.5.25. — a month ago

Inky in color with a reddish rim.
Pretty nose of black fruits with cedar, vanilla, tobacco, chocolates, coffee, peppercorn, licorice and cola.
Full-bodied and elegant with medium acidity and long legs.
Dry and fruit forward on the palate with black currants, black plums, blackberries, cedar, vanilla, spices, espresso, cola, light herbs, chocolates, peppercorn and tobacco.
Long finish with fine grained tannins and tangy cherries.
This is a delicious Cabernet Sauvignon based Bordeaux blend from Mount Veeder in Napa Valley.
Elegant and nicely balanced. Fruit forward, rich and smooth.
Good right out of the bottle, and better after 90 minutes of airtime
Will continue to age nicely in the next 5 to 7 years.
Good by itself as a sipping wine, or with a big piece of steak.
A blend of 50% Cabernet Sauvignon, 35% Zinfandel, 7.5% Petit Verdot and 7.5% Cabernet Franc. Aged in (33% new) French Oak barrels for 20 months.
14.9% alcohol by volume.
93 points.

Intense red fruited aromas and flavors, a little less tannic and structured than the 2007, but this shows bracing acidity at the present time, long, lingering finish, which the incredible acid backbone lifts and lengthens, another wine to ideally drink from 25-30 years after the vintage! — 2 months ago

2014 showing very strong on Thanksgiving, has years left in this bottling. Hold and don't drink your Maycamas. — 15 days ago
