May not have the character of say a Baudry or Raffault Chinon, but still a profoundly true-to-terroir Chinon with all that fine grained dark berry earthiness, low on the funko-meter, & just plain ol’ low alcohol fun. Paired with brunch cheesy egg casserole of Gruyère, nutmeg, Parmesan etc that soaks overnight in Half & Half. — 2 years ago
(Natural) Bright on the nose, citrus, floral, minerality highly drinkable — 2 months ago
Expressive nose of thyme, graphite and wild raspberrys. Medium weight, with moderate tannic structure. Great vintage for the Les Peuilles vineyard. — 4 years ago
On the lighter side. Dry and complex. — 5 years ago
One of the more impressive Brunellos of this era I’ve had recently. Surprised. Fruit, tannins, and structure still going very strong with several years left at least. — 5 years ago
