Beautiful wine with dinner at La Dolce Vita in Beverly Hills — 8 months ago
Fortuna Terrae means luck of the land in Latin, aged in oak for 18 months, deep inky Ruby red color with complex aromas of berry fruits, floral, herbs and spicy nose. On the palate flavors of ripe blueberry and cherry fruit with spicy herb, cacao, vanilla and toasty oak. Fine soft chalky tannins, well balanced, good acidity, long finish, almost creamy, ending with fruit, spice and earthy notes. Will last for a decade!! — 5 months ago
This wine had a big and complex personality for one that was medium-bodied. It was very juicy and jammy, with flavors of black cherry, plum, and blackberry jam. I was taken by how much I enjoyed this one straight away after pulling the cork, so the rating may be a tad on the generous side, but it was still a great bottle! 100% Mourvèdre. 3/31/25. — a year ago

Clear, deep purple in color; on the nose, it's clean with pronounced primary and secondary aromas of black cherries, bell peppers, and baking spices; on the palate, it's dry with medium acidity, medium tannins, high alcohol, medium body, and pronounced primary and secondary flavors of blueberries, plums, tar, and clay pots with a short finish. This wine is intense and complex. Overall, I rate this wine as good. I think it needs to breath a little. The fruit intensified after a 30-minute decant. Nellie likes it too — 2 months ago
